Ingredients 300 gr flour 150 gr butter 3 gr mastic (powder) salt 150 gr ricotta cheese 250 gr tosella cheese 2 eggs pepper

fresh mint

Preparation
Put the flour, the butter, the mastic and the salt in a bowl. Mix well to make a dough. Put the dough in a form with butter and then in the oven for 15 minutes. Mix the eggs, the cheeses and the pepper. Take the tart out from the oven, put the mix on it and bake it for another 15 – 20 minutes until a crust is created on the top (hopefully). Serve with fresh mint.
