KAŞIK SALATASI (SPOON SALAD) – Food Connects People

Ingredients 8 tomatoes, cut in very small cubes 1 big onion, chopped very finely 3 small green peppers, chopped very finely 1 bunch of parsley, chopped very finely 3 cloves of garlic, smashed 1 spoon of kurdish red pepper paste 3 spoons of turkish pomegranate sauce ½ glass extra virgin olive oil
¼ small spoon salt
Preparation
In a deep bowl, put chopped onion and rub them very well with your hand at least for 2-3 minutes with salt. Add chopped peppers and parsley and continue to rub for another 2-3 minutes. Add into this mixture the pepper paste, garlic and the pomegranate sauce and mix well with a spoon. Finally add tomatoes and olive oil and mix shortly for the last time.
