Ingredients 1 kg finely minced beef 1 big sized onion chopped 4 eggs 1 teaspoon salt (according to taste) 2 teaspoons ginger root, grated 2 teaspoons crushed cumin seeds 1 tablespoon crushed red chilies 2 teaspoons crushed coriander seeds 2 teaspoons anardana (dry pomegranate seeds) 4 green chilies chopped 1 bunch of fresh coriander leaves, chopped (you can also substitute with parsley) 4 medium-size tomatoes 2 teaspoons white vinegar 200 gr corn meal flour (polenta) 1 medium-size onion sliced and fried till brown

Corn oil for shallow frying.
